Calculators

The calculators run in your browser. The miles, gallons, costs and other numbers you type are not sent to us or stored. The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

MCP server and API

When an AI assistant or app calls the FuelTaxMath MCP server or API, the request is processed to produce the answer and then discarded. We do not ask for or keep accounts, names, or the content of requests. Your IP address is used in memory only to apply a per-minute rate limit and is not stored by FuelTaxMath. Do not send personal information in tool arguments; none is needed.

Rate alert emails

If you sign up for IFTA rate alerts, we store your email address, the alert topics you chose, the page you signed up from, and the signup time. We use it only to send the alerts you asked for, never sell or share it, and delete it on request.

Hosting

The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes standard request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site, under Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Children

The site is meant for trucking businesses and is not directed to children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above will change with it.
